ONLINE RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your LUDIVINE purchase, we are happy to accept a return, exchange, credit note or refund on only qualified items. To confirm your item qualifies for a return, please review our terms:
We accept return requests within 7 days from delivery,
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must include the original packaging your purchase came in. This includes tags, box, and/or dust bag.
- Swimwear is Final Sale and cannot be accepted back.

- Items ordered as a special order are Final Sale.

- Item’s purchased 40% off or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days from delivery date.
Items returned that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the original shipping address. When your return is sent back, please allow our team 1-2 business days for our team to process and accept your return. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you are eligible for a full refund, please note it can take 3-5 business days for the amount to be posted to your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
HOW DO I PROCESS MY ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
It's easy! Click the profile icon in the store's navigation to start your return request.
Log in to your account:
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address (this is the same email address you used when completing your LUDIVINE order), and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store if this applies.
- Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with a prepaid USPS shipping label.
- Please return the merchandise inside a protective shipping box – you may use the original packaging to ship back your return. Place the prepaid label on the outside of the box. Drop package off at your nearest USPS location within the 14 day window. Once the product has been returned and accepted, you will receive a refund within 3-5 working days.
For any further enquiries, you can email us directly with your order number and we will get back to you as quickly as we can. Please note, we are closed over the weekends and any major US holidays.
IN STORE RETURNS
If you wish to drop off your online return to our retail location, the same return policy will apply. Please make sure you provide your invoice or order number.
EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, please email us and specify the item and desired size and we will check on availability. Please note, if you would like to exchange for another item that is less value than your purchase, we can provide a credit note with this difference for you to use in store or online. If the value is more than your purchase, we will need to take full payment before dispatch. Once we secure the desired item & size request, we will provide a complimentary return label and you will have 5 days from the exchange request date to ship your item. If not, the exchange request will be cancelled.
LATE RETURNS
Any product(s) returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns on international orders. Orders shipped internationally are final sale. Please email us if you have any questions! We're monitoring the tariff situation closely and hope to re-open international orders soon.
